1. Local-First Operation

DLSS 5 Swapper runs locally on your Windows PC. Scanning game folders, backing up original DLLs, and installing DLSS 5 Neural Rendering routes (Native RenoDX, DLSS5-Feeder, Multipass, and OptiScaler) happen entirely on your device without transmitting personal data.

2. Opt-In Community Page

Since v2.2.8, the application makes zero network connections on launch until you explicitly open the Community tab. If you submit a compatibility report, only the fields shown in the submission dialog (game title, route, rendering API, GPU model, driver version, and optional comment) are sent. A hashed random install identifier prevents duplicate votes; you can clear all community activity at any time from Settings.

3. Diagnostics & Logs

When using "Save diagnostics", the generated log bundle (install log, ReShade/Feeder log, and manifest) is saved locally to your disk and shown to you before writing. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
