1. MIT License & Third-Party Components

DLSS 5 Swapper is free, open-source software distributed under the MIT License. Bundled third-party components (NVIDIA DLSS 310.9.1, DLSS5-Feeder 1.17.0, RenoDX 6.5.3, OptiScaler, ReShade 6.8.0, and dgVoodoo2 2.87.5) remain the property of their respective authors and retain their own licenses.

2. Single-Player & Anti-Cheat Notice

Modifying or injecting DLLs into online or anti-cheat protected games (such as Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, or VAC) may violate game terms and result in account restrictions. Use DLSS 5 Swapper in single-player, offline games only, and use "Restore originals" before launching multiplayer modes.
